Dehydration:

The process of removing the moisture (water content) from the body. Dehydration is one of the best method to improve the ability of Transformer. In dehydration process Transformer is dried up so that the moisture could be removed out from winding.

Filteration:
Filtration is the process in which the oil is being filtered with the help of High Vacuun Filteration Machine. Filteration helps out to remove the solid element of oil.
The above methods are being used to remove the Moisture, grease, Acidity and mainly to improve break down voltage and Resistivity of Transformer’s oil.  

Overhauling:
Overhauling means where each and every unit of equipment is tested after its complete disassemble and strageness whatever observed are resolved with the view to bring back the equipment back to its original condition for totally without any difficulty and safe effort. It differs from routine protective failure keeping where checkup is limited to essential part which are to fail or have failed.

Electrical Testing:
Electrical Testing is an essential Electrical Testing is a fundamental a regular article that will disclose if any circuit or electrical material that is being oppressed, detect any likely electrical shock risks and fire hazards in an installation.
 Above all these Tests are included in maintenance. These tests not only help to keep our transformer healthy but it will also increase the age of Transformer and decrease the damage risk.
